At Exedrus.com, we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with the auto parts you purchase. If you receive a product and discover it’s defective or not what you ordered, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

1. Return Requirements

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, or unassembled.

The return must include the original packaging and all accessories, along with proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and a return address.

Send the product back to the designated address, retaining the shipping label and tracking information.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it’s eligible for return, we’ll process your refund within 7-14 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refunds may take 1-2 business weeks to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item was mis-shipped or damaged due to our error.

4. Special Circumstances
   The following are not eligible for return policy:

Items that have been used or installed.

Requests made after 30 days.
